Dedicated Dismissal Staff: We have set aside a team of teachers whose explicit extra role is to oversee the daily gate transitions. Every afternoon, these teachers physically verify that each child is handed over strictly to the designated person listed on their form.
Emergency Verification Loop: If an unfamiliar face/a new person shows up to pick up a student, we will never release the child dynamically. Our administrative team will immediately call the parent to verify & authorize the new arrangement before the child is permitted to leave the gate.
